Tour 1

Stonehenge, Avebury Stone Circles, Castle Combe – A Cotswold village & Lacock National Trust village tour departing from Bath

This tour is available throughout the year except Christmas and New Year

This is the perfect way to experience the history and beauty of the countryside around Bath . You can explore two of the most impressive megalithic monuments in Europe as well as visiting a Cotswold village that was voted the prettiest village in England and a traditional Wiltshire woollen village used in the filming of Pride and Prejudice and the Harry Potter movies.

 

Tour 2

Monday and Friday itinerary includes :- Castle Combe, Tetbury, Bibury & Arlington Row, Stow on the Wold, The Coln valley & Lower Slaughter. There is a pleasant 10 minute walk into lower Slaughter as buses are not allowed into this village.

Wednesday itinerary includes :- Bampton (Downton Abbey village), Tetbury, Castle Combe, Burford , The woollen weavers museum, Bibury & Arlington Row

Tour3

GLASTONBURY – The Tor, Town and Springs, WELLS – The smallest City in England, VICARS CLOSE – The oldest residential street in Europe, CHEDDAR GORGE – Largest limestone Gorge in Britain. This tour is available from April 2015 through to October 2015. It is a full day tour departing at 9.00 and returning at 17.30. This tour is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Avebury Stone Circles, a Cotswold village – Castle Combe & Lacock National Trust village departing from Bath. This is a full day tour departing from Bath at 11AM. It is available from April 2015 to October 2015 on Tuesdays and Fridays.

This is your chance to discover an English landscape that you may have thought was lost forever. During your day with us you’ll experience an awe inspiring stone circle with the biggest henge in Europe as well as two stunning villages, fascinating architecture and wonderful views .

 

Tour 5

A Special Sunday tour of the Cotswolds and the film locations for Poldark. This leisurely Sunday tour starts at 11.30am – an easy start for Sunday.

This is a wonderful opportunity for you to explore the beautiful towns and villages of the Cotswolds as well as the truly authentic Chavenage manor better known as Trenwith House in the series of Poldark. This small group, full guided tour meanders through Badminton and other historic villages before reaching the Cotswold town of Tetbury. Time to explore the wonderful architecture and 17th century market hall. This is also our lunch stop with independent cafes and historical pubs to suit all tastes.
