Bath Folk Festival is a 9 day festival celebrating the best of folk music and tradition. From Saturday 12th through to Sunday 20th August, residents and visitors to Bath can enjoy traditional Folk music, dance, art and storytelling.
The festival is held at a variety of venues throughout Bath, bringing the whole city alive. All types of traditional music are celebrated, including English, Irish, Scottish and Welsh music to Americana, gypsy jazz, French, bluegrass, world folk and more.
You can also join in with the Bath Traditional Music Summer School, which runs from Monday 14th to Friday 18th August and offers classes in fiddle, flute/tin whistle, guitar and box/piano accordion.
