Back for its 20th anniversary, the Independent Bath Literature Festival takes places from Friday 27th February to Sunday 8th March.
The festival opens with best-selling author Alastair Campbell on ‘Winners and How They Succeed’. Also appearing will be Kazuo Ishiguro, Mary Portas, Sunday Times Comedy ‘Hot Pick for 2015’ Austentatious!, Jonathan Dimbleby, Justin Webb, Yasmin Alibhai-Brown, Sarah Churchwell and Paul Mason in ‘The American Dream is Dead Debate’, along with a tribute to one of the stars of the very first festival in 1995, the former poet Laureate Ted Hughes.
