The Firehouse Rotisserie menu changes 3 to 4 times a year to account for seasonal changes but there are always some old favourites which remain.
Our most popular dishes such as Texas Spice Rubbed Rotisserie Chicken with Jalapeno Coleslaw and our signature Chinese Chicken Salad remain constant.
We also feature a classic American Deli burger with Sweet Potato fries and a number of Vegetarian options. In addition, the Firehouse Rotisserie is known for its range of exciting and luxurious brick fired pizzas.
We also work with local spice specialist James Ransome of The Spicery Ltd. to create our own spice blends using ancho, guajillo, chipotle and pasilla chiles as well as more familiar herbs and spices to bring that authentic California flavour into our dishes.
