Newly built and opened in December 2014, St George’s House is a contemporary Bath stone building in a quiet location off a Georgian crescent, just 5 minutes level walk from the town centre and less than 10 minutes from Bath’s most famous crescent, The Royal Crescent. Our two bedroom apartment sleeps 4 in comfort. Soft leather and oak furniture, really comfortable beds, a sleek modern kitchen and two contemporary bathrooms, excellent modern heating and insulation all make for a relaxing and luxurious home for enjoying the pleasures of Bath. All of Bath’s famous sights and shops are within an easy walk – you won’t need your car while you are here and can leave it in our allocated private secure parking space.

Bank holiday weekends: 2 night stays including either Friday and Saturday, or Saturday and Sunday are charged at £450. 3 night stays including Friday, Saturday and Sunday are charged at £645 (please contact us for this discount).


Deposit & Cancellation

DEPOSIT: 50% of total rental cost to secure your reservation. Balance payable 4 weeks before arrival.

CANCELLATION: If you cancel your booking, we will make all reasonable efforts to re-let the Property.  If the Property is successfully re-let, your payment will be refunded less an administration fee of £25. If the Property cannot be re-let, the following charges will apply:

  • Cancellations more than 4 weeks before arrival: Loss of deposit
  • Cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival: Full rental cost

SECURITY DEPOSIT: We take a refundable security deposit of £100 per booking (50% with the deposit, 50% with the balance payment). This is refunded within 48 hours of your departure (assuming there has been no damage to the apartment).

On the first floor, in a very quiet location, the apartment has two double bedrooms which can both be made up with superking doubles or separate twin beds. There is an en-suite shower room in the master bedroom and a separate family bathroom with a bath and shower over. French doors open onto two small balconies from the open plan living area, which is furnished with oak furniture, a leather sofa and two leather reclining armchairs with footstools. There is a TV, DVD player and DAB radio with Bluetooth music streaming and each bedroom has its own TV. The sleek kitchen has a full size oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher,  microwave and ‘Nespresso’ coffee machine and plenty of china and glasses. A washer/dryer is housed in a utility cupboard in the hall.
