Price are per night, for up to 4 adults, and include:

Bank holiday weekends: 2 night stays including either Friday and Saturday, or Saturday and Sunday are charged at £450. 3 night stays including Friday, Saturday and Sunday are charged at £645 (please contact us for this discount).

Deposit & Cancellation

DEPOSIT: 50% of total rental cost to secure your reservation. Balance payable 4 weeks before arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: We take a refundable security deposit of £100 per booking (50% with the deposit, 50% with the balance payment). This is refunded within 48 hours of your departure (assuming there has been no damage to the apartment).

CANCELLATION: More than 4 weeks before arrival: loss of deposit. Less than 4 weeks before arrival: full rental cost. If property is re-let cost refunded less £25 administration fee.

This luxurious ground floor apartment has 2 double bedrooms which can both be made up with double or single beds (superking in the master bedroom, king in the second bedroom). There are 2 bathrooms (an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom and a separate family bathroom). The spacious open-plan living area is furnished with soft leather sofas, oak furniture and has a TV, DVD player and iPod dock. The high quality fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Both bedrooms have TVs and there is another iPod dock in the main bedroom. Private, off-road parking is included by the apartment and private parking for a 2nd car is available a short distance away for a small extra charge.
