The Engine House

Originally used as stables, The Engine House has now been converted to a cosy studio suitable for two guests, with a garden to the rear of the property furnished with wood table and chairs.

  • The kitchen/dining room is on the ground floor fitted with an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
  • Living room area complete with digital TV and DVD player and CD player. 2 seater settees/sofa bed for extra accommodation.
  • The bathroom on the ground floor with whirlpool bath to relax and underfloor heating. Large and small towels provided.
  • Climb the cast iron spiral staircase to the hay loft  with super-king sized bed and sleep soundly between 100% cotton sheets.
Wharfingers Cottage

Originally a milking parlour, Wharfingers Cottage now provides comfortable accommodation for two people in a beautiful setting. All rooms are laid out on one floor with only one small internal step.

  • Kitchen is fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
  • Digital TV, DVD player and radio CD player the two seater settee, which can be opened up to become a bed providing extra sleeping accommodation are provided in the living area.
  • Spacious bathroom with corner whirlpool bath large enough for two! Large bath and hand towels are provided for the use of guests.
  • Bedroom with king sized bed and wonderful view of the exposed beams above or through the window over the Mendip Hills. Bed linen, which is 100% cotton.
  • Underfloor heating warms your feet throughout the cottage, together with a wood burner and basket of logs in the living room.
Whippletree Cottage

Originally a barn store, Whippletree Cottage now provides accommodation for four guests.  On the ground floor the entrance leads you into the kitchen/living area where a matrix of beautiful green oak timbers support the roof above you.

  • Main bedroom with king sized bed and freshly laundered pure cotton bed linen to ensure a good night’s sleep. From this room you can enjoy stunning views across the Cam Brook Valley.
  • Second bedroom with a choice of 3ft twin beds or super king sized brass bed also with 100% cotton bed linen.
  • Shower room with walk in shower; a soft white large and small towel is provided for each guest.
  • Oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen. Digital TV with DVD player and a CD player in the living room.
  • There is underfloor heating throughout the cottage and a wood burner and basket of logs are provided in the living room.
  • In the summer you can laze away the day enjoying the view from your garden provided with wooden table and chairs.
