The West Country favourites return to Bath for the first time in 2 years this April
Known for their unique mixture of folk rock, pop, gypsy jazz, bluegrass and ‘shake your ass’ music, Mad Dog Mcrea have earned a reputation as one of the West Country’s most iconic bands.
From self-penned songs of adventure, drinking, love and life, to traditional songs of gypsies, fairies, legless pirates and black flies – Mad Dog never fail to capture their audience with their infectious songs.
A live band in every sense of the word, Mad Dog Mcrea are hugely popular on the summer festival circuit, and regularly sell out venues across the South West and beyond. The famous purple happy bus is fired up, ready for action, and on its way to Komedia, and there’s room for you too – jump aboard!
Speaking about the show, Mad Dog Mcrea singer/guitarist Mike Mathieson said, “We are delighted about returning to Bath after a two year absence and can’t wait to have a good old knees up with friends old and new.”
