Accessing the city of Bath is an easy 10 minute drive. Alternatively regular buses stop outside the property and travel into the centre of Bath. Walkers & Cyclists can enjoy accessing the centre of Bath via the toll path of the Avon & Kennet Canal, easily accessed from this property.
Bars, restaurants, shops, and all Bath’s many interesting tourist sites are a short distance away. Visit The Roman Baths and Thermae Bath Spa and much more. Bath Spa Train Station and Coach station 3KM.

The ground floor has one single bedroom and one twin bedroom. The first floor has 2 x double bedrooms, 1 x single bedroom and 1 x twin bedroom. Sleeps 10 in total in 6 bedrooms. All bedrooms have duvets and top quality linen.
The ground floor has a WC and basin. First floor the master bedroom has a walk in wet room. The family bathroom has a family sized bath and separate walk in shower. Both have underfloor heating, heated towel rails. Towels are provided.
The large open plan kitchen has a fully fitted kitchen well equipped for a self catering break. There is a massive central island - great for entertaining with stools. A large American style fridge/freezer, double oven and built in microwave. 5 ring induction hob, dishwasher and excellent lighting. This spacious area has an extendable dinning table with possible seating up to 10 people. In addition there is a small utility area with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate access to the outside.
The large ground floor kitchen/lounge area has circular seating, a wide screen wall mounted TV. A dvd is available plus free WIFI. Large bifold doors open on to the garden. A great space for entertaining.
This property is great for groups, but it is a quiet residential area so noise must be kept to a minimum, particularly at night. A key safe offers easy access to the property. The owners do not meet & great. The garden area makes it very suitable for those groups with children or pets. Also suitable for mobility impaired guests as it has ground floor bedrooms with easy access to the lounge/kitchen area and ground floor WC.
Parking for one car in the private driveway. Plenty of additional parking on the residential streets in this area - no permit is required.
