A warm friendly welcome awaits you at this privately owned and newly refurbished bed and breakfast . The guesthouse is a Georgian town house, which was built between 1780-1790 and is Grade 1 listed building. The house has been converted to 18 comfortable bedrooms. All rooms have en-suite shower, toilet, colour television, tea and coffee making facilities. The proprietors aim is to offer good clean accommodation at an affordable price in the centre of bath. Bus and train station within walking distance.

We have 18 bedooms newly refurbished en-suite rooms. 12 doubles, 3 twins , 2 single and a quad family room. Choose form snug doubles on the top floor to classic and superior doubles. All our rooms have private en-suite bathrooms and the rate includes breakfast.
Choose a superior or snug loft double for a king size bed. twin rooms have single beds and our tripe room a king size and 1 pullout single bed.
All or bathrooms are ensuite and have showers and toilets. Towels and toiletries included.

Please help yourself to the buffet table and tea or coffee, A waiter will take your order from the menu below. If you are in a rush let us know. Full English Breakfast:- Fried Egg, Grilled Bacon, Pork Sausage Cumberland, Grilled Tomato, Mushrooms Fried Egg or Scrambled Egg with Grilled Bacon Vegetarian Breakfast:- Fried Egg, Herb Potatoes, Baked Beans, Grilled Tomato, Mushrooms Fried egg or scrambled egg on brown or white toast Two boiled eggs with toast or baked beans on toast Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon Mushrooms on toast Toast and preserves.
