The apartment is on the ground floor of one of this architecturally impressive circle of Grade I Georgian houses. With views over the rest of The Circus, the mature trees in the middle, and the secluded private garden to the rear. With the Royal Crescent, Queens Square, Assembly Rooms and the town centre within a few minutes walk.

This contemporary apartment, in a warm palate of chocolate, plum and biscuit throughout, has undergone several transformations in its lifetime yet has retained all its period charm. The large sitting  and dining room with sash windows overlooking two aspects of The Circus has two French style velvet sofas by a decorative fireplace. There is a TV with Blue Ray DVD and a separate radio with I-pod docking. A dining table seats four and a French style dresser contains crockery, cutlery and a selection of novels, films and games.
The neat fitted period kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a large fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher..
A large mirrored lobby before the bedroom which  has fitted wardrobes and shelving leads to the spacious and comfortable bedroom which has a 6′ bed, a fitted wardrobe, a dressing table with storage and a tallboy and a cupboard containing a washer/dryer machine. A radio/alarm with I-pod docking is provided.
The contemporary bathroom has smart cappuccino coloured tiling and contains a double ended bath with shower over, a hand basin with lots of storage under and a WC.
