Our Hotel

The Roseate Villa Bath occupies a quiet corner of the city. A short walk from the heart of Bath, favoured for its heritage and cultural tourism, The Villa overlooks Henrietta Park, a 7 acre park opened to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria of 1897. Henrietta Park is situated within walking distance of the city centre and is an oasis of tranquility with places to sit quietly or take a relaxing stroll around the circular walk amongst many fine trees and flora that include the Purple Sycamore, Golden Elms, Caucasion Mapel and a line of Baumannii Horse Chestnuts.

The Villa encompasses two converted Victorian houses which have had a characterful legacy. Guests can always request information regarding informative excursions, or knowledge of the best activities whilst on a nonchalant weekend getaway. Take the tour of the Roman Baths and Regency Crescent or witness the views of Prior Park, Jane Austen Museum and the grandeur of Bath Abbey. You can always expect a warm welcome, immaculate hospitality, attention to detail and a genuine connection with every guest when you visit the Roseate Villa Bath.

The Villa houses 21 individual rooms with exclusive features. Every room has a bespoke Hypnos bed, goose down duvets and Egyptian cotton linen. Each attached bathroom is stocked with Penhaligon’s products and large fluffy bath sheets. Our rooms are equipped with a Flat-screen television and Digital Radio. The Villa hosts a private garden for guests to relax and enjoy an indulgent Afternoon Tea.

Breakfast: The Roseate Villa Bath features a dedicated breakfast chef who will tailor your breakfast preferences to your fancy.  The Roseate Villa’s breakfast offering serves freshly baked bread straight from the oven, freshly squeezed orange juice, complimentary smoothies and Bucks Fizz with the food as well as a free-range of eggs, homemade jams and marmalades.  Food offerings are locally procured and can be served in-room, breakfast-in-bed style.

Classic Room: The Classic Garden View room has a view of the graceful garden that surrounds the estate. It subsumes a double bed without the prerogative of being twinned, restful colours and fabrics, as well as a small en-suite bathroom with power showers. Superior Garden View Room: The Superior Garden View rooms offer an unpretentious and restful ambience. Each room provides a homelike impression with beauteous posies. Deluxe Park View Room: The Deluxe Park View encompasses facilities that promulgate a relaxed environment. Accommodation for up to two children aged 16 or under is £45.00 per child per night when sharing with two adults in a Deluxe Park View Room or The Hideaway Suite. – Deluxe rooms are able to accommodate up to a family of 4; 1 adult and 3 children or 2 adults and 2 children. Please advise the number of extra beds required prior to arrival. – Children over the age of 16 are able to have their own accommodation. Adjoining or adjacent rooms are available on request and based on availability. – The set up in the Hideaway Suite includes two fold-out sofa beds. – Baby cots are free of charge. Every room has a bespoke Hypnos bed, goose down duvets and Egyptian cotton linen and each en-suite bathroom is stocked with Penhaligon products and large fluffy bath sheets. All bedrooms come equipped with a flat-screen television and digital radio. Special ‘woof’ boxes are provided by the hotel, ready for your pooch’s arrival and filled with delightful treats from Lily’s Kitchen and a tennis ball to play with at the beautiful Henrietta Park, just opposite the hotel. The Villa does not offer in-house dining, however, the City of Bath is super doggie-friendly and offers a host of lovely pubs that welcome pets, to include The Marlborough Tavern, The Boater and Frampton's to name a few. The Villa hosts a private garden for guests to relax and enjoy an indulgent afternoon tea.
