Bath Apartment Breaks are celebrating after one of their properties, Number 3 Herschel Place was awarded a 2018 VisitEngland ROSE Award in Recognition of Service Excellence. These awards are given annually to 100 Visit England quality assessed accommodation businesses that go the extra mile in order to provide excellent customer service.
The awards are designed to showcase accommodation providers that give the warmest of welcomes and recognise establishments where the owners, management and employees provide incredible experiences for their customers, irrespective of their star rating, style or type of accommodation.
The awards were given out at London’s Olympia conference centre as part of the Independent Hotel Show.
Alison, who runs Bath Apartment Breaks and is also Chair of BASCA, said: “I didn’t apply for the award so I was surprised (and pleased!) to get an email telling me I had been awarded a ‘ROSE’!”
