The class will start with a quick snack and a glass of wine on us. We will explain the differences between various types of fresh pasta and will teach you how to make basic egg pasta, naturally coloured, and aromatic pasta. You will also learn how to create different shapes, both flat and filled, such as pappardelle and tortelli, how to cook it to perfection and associate the right sauces to the various shapes.
Fun packed and engaging from start to finish. Federico will provide you with comprehensive knowledge without the jargon.
The classes are delivered in a tailored format depending on size of the venue. Prices start from £50.
