Chart topping band, The Kaiser Chiefs, have announced they are coming to Bath after being named headliners of the Smoked and Uncut Food and Music Festival taking place at The Pig, on the outskirts of the city.
Tucked away in the Mendip Hills, The Pig is a hotel, restaurant and events venue that is hosting the Somerset leg of the Smoked and Uncut Festival. The Smoked and Uncut Festival is a festival spread over three days and three venues bringing you amazing food and boasting a top music line up including the Kaiser Chiefs.
Hailing from Leeds and headlining at The Pig, near Bath, the Kaiser Chiefs are best known for their hits Ruby, I Predict a Riot and Every Day I Love You Less and Less, their front man, Ricky Wilson was also previously a judge on the show, The Voice. They have previously played shows in venues across Bristol and at Glastonbury Festival, as well as winning a Brit Award. The Kaiser Chiefs are one of the leading bands of their generation. Fronted by charismatic Ricky Wilson with Simon Rix on bass, Andrew ‘Whitey’ White on guitar, Nick ‘Peanut’ Baines on keyboards and drummer Vijay Mistry, the band have had a string of anthemic hits and guarantee a good night out near Bath.
